DESIGN DEVELOPMENT/PATTERN MAKING/GRADING

Being a full clothing manufacturer, we start from scratch. If you have any rough drawing/sketches our team will develop the same.
We develop pattern and grading based on the specification we recieve from client. During patterning we also develop fit sample in rough fabric to ensure that the given specification is technically correct or not.
If your style is having multiple sizes, we do all grading work at our end only.

SAMPLING/FABRIC CUTTING/SEWING

We do all kinds of sampling and take due approval before going for mass production. It is a part of production only.
Equipped with modern fabric cutting tools, we do all sort of cutting in-house for your bulk production.
Be it one single or bulk productuon, our sewing team is facilated to do all kinds of sewing matching your instruction.

EMBROIDERY/WASHING/
DYING/FINISHING

We do provide all kinds of chikan hand embroidery service which is traditional handicraft of "LUCKNOW" India, being done by Artisans.
We have skilled and professional washer and dyers. They are fully trained to do their work on any type of fabric with expertise.
Under the finishing services we typically do four things- cutting of unnecessary threads, washing, ironing, and final touch up of each pieces before it goes in the hand of quality control team.

QUALITY CONTROL/
PACKAGING/DISPATCH

Our QC process is very robust which follow multi-level quality control starting from sampling stage to sewing stage. The final QC process take place just before the packing.
Each piece of garment we pack in transparent poly pack followed corrugated boxing. Further, we also do freight forwarding, custom clearance and door step delivery.
